Simple Back to Basics with Reactive Dogs

Part of getting back to normal involves acting normal. We’ve all heard it before – how we should be calm and assertive while out with our reactive dogs. While we may not necessarily be nervous or namby-pamby, our emotional state whatever it is does affect our dogs. Face it – life with a reactive dog can be stressful – even the act of avoiding stressors can cause stress.

Acting normal sometimes mean faking it ’til you make it – but when you make a concentrated effort, small miracles start to happen.

I’ve written about this in my article, Walking Meditation which you can read in
the October 3rd edition of the Reiki Digest
